From that very first meeting through to costing and starting the build, we ensure your vision is what guides us. We will offer advice and suggestions during the build to make the property more streamlined and the design more workable, and are able to offer generous pc sums for interior features such as lights, plumbing fixtures and kitchens to ensure you have the freedom to reflect your individuality throughout your living space.
For clients who live further afield, we are also well-equipped to build baches, holiday homes or investment properties to specification. We have developed systems designed to keep our clients well abreast of our build procedures, without the need for constant travel or inconvenience.
Our level of care does not end with the build alone, however, as our past clients can attest to. Once the build has been completed, we give your new home a spring clean - all you need to do is turn the key and you're ready to move in.
