Already with an established name for excellence, in 1982 the
ownership of Brogan Builders shifted to the capable hands of
Grant Eager and Kelvin James, who had both served their
apprenticeships with the previous owner and mastered every
facet of the building trade. Grant and Kelvin have continued to
this day building the company's well deserved reputation for
respect and excellence within the building industry.

It is evident as you move through the homes that Brogan Builders
have built and speak with their clients that they put nothing but
the highest regard and attention into every aspect of their
buildings.

Brogan Builders leave nothing to chance. Fully aware that all
aspects of the build need to be of the highest quality, they have
established long term and extremely smooth working relationships
with the various sub-trades required to complete the home.

Brogan Builders not only offers sixty years of experience and
thirty years with Grant Eager and Kelvin James, but a past history
of extremely pleased clients. Some of these clients have come
back to Brogan Builders up to four times, using the services of
